I mentioned earlier what just the addition of 4 million dollars more in Net Income could do to the Bottom line and the fact that 20 million shares could be bought back at only 30 million. Your scenario look Logical. It could also be "popped" by a reverse split assuming all shares were converted.If a stock reverse splits and earning continue to improve then the shareholders usually win. I would agree with your scenario with maybe or maybe not the above additions. Charles
