maaad, believe me when I say it never has been that high. One way for a company to go public is to do a reverse merger. This is where one private company merges with another company who is already a publicly traded company. This way they are ready to trade on a listed exchange immediately without the long, expensive process of an IPO. Simple version.

So, after their reverse merger(which is similar to a reverse split in that the publicly traded company's shares skyrocket in price and the shares are consolidated) the new company(WINR) began trading. Their high was ~$5. The other price you may have found could have been a reverse split price for the other company they merged with. I do not know the history of the other company. WINR has only been an entity since July 21st 1997, so it is a very young company with a huge potential.

WINR has progressively declined because nothing was happening. Since July 21, 1997(which is when the company did the reverse merger), the company has been in a developomental stage-they tested their product and began to look for financing. They signed a deal with TISS in November 1997, but could not secure financing till May 6th of this year. Now that they have the financing and the product has been fully tested, they are installing the system with TISS right now.

With all the research done on the WINR thread, I feel comfortable with this industry's(online gaming) potential.

If you were willing to invest in BCMD, then WINR is a no brainer. The profit margins are incredible. Good luck to all...
