Hi Bruce, I was pretty excited myself when I had email from Edgar this AM about a 10-K filing on DCI and initially thought it was the latest one as well. With all of the restatements being done on the 10-Q's and this 10-K, I can see how it could take a little longer than normal than typical to get the latest earnings out. On another note, do you understand the significance of the 8-K filed today? The only thing in that form that is see, is an announcement that the WorldPass deal had been terminated and that a .01 dividend had been declared on 4/23/98. James
