Automation companies (like PRI, Asyst and Brooks automation) will
play a leading role with the movement towards larger wafer sizes and
increased competition among chip manufaturers. You will get a lot
more information from Carl Johnson's web site. I like the stock at
these levels. My cousin who is in the fab automation business says
his company can barely keep pace with orders
