Sean,

I have been following this company for a while, but I don't see the
end of the downside yet. The fact that Boston Chicken owns most of
this company does not sit well with me. This am I read that Bost
Chicken is losing money like crazy, is going to close some stores,
and may face chapter 11. I like the ENBX shops, and I think they
hold some potential, but if Bost Chick starts dumping, its going to
be a bloodbath on ENBX.

Just my cautious $0.02,
