You are probably right john. As I've said before, somebody's dirty here, whether it is Miller, who appears to be either totally incompetent, or perhaps just so stubborn and set in his ways that no one can get along with him, or people that have left SCI and gone elsewhere. Hopefully the civil suit will continue and some truth will come out. There are still people in the SCI offices, at least Kevin is there answering the telephone, and it sounds like he spends a lot of his time talking to investors, but is unable to give any answers.

There is obviously not enough dialogue going on with the VSE. Seems many were hopeful that some sort of decision would be made last Friday and the company would start trading again this week. Where that came from I don't know, wishful thinking? VSE tells me that it will be a long investigation. Meanwhile AETI is out promoting what may be SCI's products and seemingly doing a job with them. Where's the injunctions to stop this? Does Miller really care?

Just spoke again with the VSE and when asked when we can expect an update on the situation I was told that there should already have been one and if one is not yet out it is overdue and they will check into it, but no, they will not call me back with an update. Keep checking in I was told.

Someone in the east should go into their offices again and get a feel for what is happening there.

Dollar wise I can afford to lose what I have in this one, but it is grating to be taken for a ride.

Jim
