To everyone, but Jeff, who knows something about this company: I just got off the phone with Patrowicz. He told me that the parties settled at approximately 12:30 PST. What does this mean? Well, he said that next week all unsecured creditors get paid and HOLLY will meet with their lawyers to draw up papers that include a Motion to Dismiss (from Bankruptcy) along with a Disclosure Statement. These will be submitted the following week (Thanksgiving). I made the comment to him that this sounds like some good news, and he said "Yes, very good news." Looks like it will be a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. By the way, HOPR is constructing a Web Site, but it will not up and going for another several weeks. Sorry, I forgot to ask about Navtech earnings. Have a good weekend everyone, and Go Ducks. Can you believe that we still have a shot at a bowl game!!!!!
