Sirk. Think the Ira Monas move has to be viewed positively. Somebody has to take the heat for not managing stockholder expectations and it was Ira. The good news here is that Arif Adam stepped up to the plate and made the decision, which had to be very tough to do. Ira has contributed much to FAMH on the operations side and we will be the benefactors of those efforts. I wish Ira well in whatever he goes on to do next. We don't seem to know much about our new President (no companies and generic responsibility stuff) - the announcement should give us a track record of accomplishments. LTBFV, Dick
