I am sure there are a lot of "Eat At Joe's" all over the country, but are not part of this chain. After looking at the web site, I noticed that our "JOES" has a federal trademark on the name "Eat At Joe's" for foodservice. It seems to me that if they ever decide to enforce this issue with all the other EAJ's all over the place, they would stand to collect a hefty sum in licensing fees for allowing them to continue to use the name... Any thoughts ????
