-Efrain, Bob Davis said yesterday that because of permits and other red tap, it takes two years to launch from the time a contract is signed. So I guess that satellite will not be replaced for quite a while. Anyway, it's good to know that voters on both sides of START realize the Eagle series rocket should not be involved in START despite their other views. Hopefully Mr. Davis will come back from Washington soon with good news. I have a renewed confidence that things are going to be resolved quickly. Bye for now. -Flier
