Good Morning Everyone, I am writing this letter to all 408 people on my E-Mail list and will later copy and post to Silicon Investor. I am quite upset at the present time in regards to some things that were posted on Silicon Investor yesterday (May 19). I have had many Private conversations (through Private E-Mail) with Pr-Ac Man. He has constantly asked a series of questions concerning various things concerning DCI. Most of them have negative overtones. Many long-time posters have tried to do their best to answer his questions. Evidently, the answers have not met his expectations. Yesterday I suggested that he should go to the source and simply speak with Mr. Murphy and pose the same questions to him and to kindly report his findings to the SI board. That was met with a reply from Ken Saleets that I was using "brass knuckle tactics"! Now, let me ask you this. If you have invested your hard-earned money in a stock and felt you were not getting accurate responses from others on the thread ---What would you do? Most of the responses I received through Private E-Mail from Pr-Ac Man alluded to the fact that his questions were not a big deal. My point is the fact that many lurkers that are or could be potential investors do not read it that way. They feel that something is being hidden or not being answered and thereby become suspicious. I have been accused of not being tolerant with naysayers. If you will look back for the last 2 1/2 years that I have been involved in DCI, you will clearly see how many times I have begged people to be responsible for their own "due dilgence" and have repeatedly given contact phone numbers for every officer and subsidiaries of officers under the DCI auspices. I have every right to be non-tolerant to people that have not taken that advice because it affects me and many friends that I have gotten involved with DCI over this same time span. I sat down last night and came up with a ball-park figure of aprroximately $3.7 Million shares that I feel are in safe hands that I personally did initial contact with at the time. This DOES NOT include spin-offs of these good people that have then gone out and brought many more friends and relatives into the stock. I could name all names but I won't because I would never infringe on their rights. This also does NOT include a gentleman that I recently introduced to DCI through another friend from my E-Mail group who has (in the past 6 or 7 weeks) solidified a much higher base position (price-wise) for DCI shareholders. Do you think it was an accident that we went from an average of 30-40 Thousand volume a day and suddenly saw days of anywhere from 200,000-500,000 shares a day? In fact came close to 600,000 a couple of times. Again, do you think I have the right to ask someone to make a simple phone call, report back, and alleviate a few lurking minds? Are these "brass-knuckle tactics? Without sounding self-serving I can honestly say that I have spent more money keeping people informed to the best of my ability than most DCI shareholders own in the stock. I could personally own another 40,000 shares if I elected not to have spent that money. I do like to share, that is what keeps me going. When I have a day like yesterday it makes me take inventory on what price tag do I draw the line for trying to be a friend, trying to help others, etc. I have helped raise money for a friend in need, taken and made phone calls at all hours of the day and night, been relentless in searching out the news so that we may all prosper. Have I made mistakes? Of course I have but I will put my record up against anyone on the public boards over the past 5 years. I guess that explains why I am Uncle Sam's favorite nephew. I will try to keep my E-Mail group informed to the best of my ability until the end of this month, I am then going on an 11 day vacation (June 1-11) and I will do a lot of soul searching during this time. Is it worth it? Do people actually appreciate it? At this time I don't have those answers and when I get back I will make my final decision as to whether to be involved in any way, shape, or form anymore. In closing let me remind you of this. I am more positive about DCI than at any time in my life. Mr. Murphy and company will make you all very well off if you have positioned yourself correctly. Sincerely, "Grupo Brad de TrueFriendMan"
