(ICVI) Current Price: .045 (end of day 5/15/98) 52 Week High: 2.50 52 Week Low: .02 Outstanding Shares: Approx.: 15 Million Float of Shares: Approx.: 9 Million International Casino Cruises and Mountain Energy have agreed to merge. We at Stockwiz were hesitant to list ICVI as a pick because of the possibility of a reverse split of the shares after completion of the merger. Now we have learned from the management of ICVI ,"There will be no reverse split, this venture will be done on a dollar for dollar basis, to give our shareholders full value." Mountain Energy owns and controls approximately 1.98 billion cubic feet of gas and 10 million tons of the highest quality of coal. These assets have a market value exceeding $200,000,000. After completion of this acquisition Mountain Energy will replace ICVI's current management team with their own. We at Stockwiz feel Mountain Energy will give the stock great added value. As for Mountain Energy's Management team, we are confident in their long standing management abilities. We are also excited to learn that Mountain Energy is constantly looking toward the future and devotes much time to consideration of other potential mergers and acquisitions. This indicates Mountain Energy's committment to the longevity of the company and its shareholders. We at Stockwiz rate ICVI a strong buy and hold.
