I have to laugh at the ineptness of our naysayers, as they pick Darby apart for her lack of managerial skills. I have been away for 3 weeks, and am as dissapointed as anyone as to no news on "The Deal", but I have checked with all of my contacts including Darby, and I am not worried about anything.

CCSI is my largest holding, and I am adding to it, with certain limitations. I would like to clarify a few points of fact if I may.

1. "The Deal" is in the final stages. The "suits" on both sides are working diligently to get all of the details worked out. I make no excuses when there are teams of lawyers on both sides, hammering out every word, and re-reviewing every document.

2. Darby and her managerial skills. Fact:: CCSI has up to now been a developmental concern . She had a vision, funded it, kept it alive through really tough times, got FDA approval on a equivalent for blood testing on a potentially life threatening disease, in rare cases.
Has been negotiating with numerous firms on an international distribution deal, narrowing the field down to a very few. Without her attention to detail, her concern for shareholder values, we would not be where we are today.

3. All the hullabaloo about "chromogenic diseases", get real! Who cares what you call it? We have a worldwide market for a revolutionary product that is going to appeal to every neo-natal unit in the world, every Health Organization, every pediatrician. When a working model can be developed, the burden of proof will fall on some very unhappy short sellers, who will only compound our gains for us.

4. After the deal is announced we can can then look forward to cosmetics, and dentistry, whose markets IMO will be larger and much easier to negotiate.

5.Time is your only concern here. If you are a trader I cannot help, but look at the activity in the stock, the longs have had 1-2-3 margin call situations as the stock went up came back, went up came back, what will happen at $17-18-19 for the shorts. Then the margin clerks will be our friends, as they will provide the incrimental buying which with the new longs will add to the confligration on the upside.

6. I am adding today up to certain legal limitations, as are some of my associates. Now is the time to think about the upside, not the downside. I know where we are going, and I got a hunch it is going to be higher and faster than anyone can imagine as soon as we see "The Deal". But, that is only the beginning, not the end.
