My understanding is he recommended KTEL when it was in its 20's with a 12 month target of 100. It went up to 80 very quickly, in a couple weeks. Maybe he sold his position then. So what? If I bought a stock and it almost hit my 12 month target in 2 weeks, I'd probably take the profit also. Not much upside left. Now you have created a no-win situation for him. If he says that he sold his position, he'll hurt the share price and everybody who is still long. If he does not admit that he sold, you will call him a liar. If he didn't sell at 80, he wasn't being true to himself. Looking at the chart of KTEL, he probably made money (rather than lost money) for most people who followed his advice. He admits that he has a position at the time of his recommendation. If he didn't believe in KTEL enough to buy some, I'm sure you'd be criticizing him for that. Why do you hold him to a higher standard than any other brokerage or analyst? They all front-run. Its legal. What exactly is it that he did that is supposed to be so bad? I suppose its true that he does not have lots of offices world-wide like other brokerages. Maybe he's just getting started. His KTEL recommendation and his ADVH recommendations were justified (by him) at the time he made them. I take them at face value. I'm happy he has recommended ADVH. Best Regards, Tom D
