Is this liscensing to 3rd party vendors an attempt by INTC an attempt to circumvent an FTC probe? If so, it's sad to see what business in this country is coming to. news.com BTW, any TA people out there- What is the critical level of support for the SOX? Several stocks seem to have broken their support lines(i.e. CYMI) TIA
