Most forecasts that go that far out are usually wrong. However the security community plans by looking at scenarios especially worst case ones. The scenario that I have described is the conventional wisdom today, which is why the Chinese wonder how we will restrain them. Time magazine runs these sophomoric popularity contests as it sells more magazines.
