Lonnie. I will certainly send a card to Ira. We will look back on what he has done for stockholders and be very grateful, notwithstanding the 60% loss in value over the last 30 days. He has a lot of FAMH stock, so he will be just fine. You comment about the CFO: we will obviously never know what impact any of us had on the management changes; however, it should provide some food for thought for LE. LTBFV, Dick
