Well I just talked to an ETrade customer service rep and she said that the new web site will be launched "any moment". They have already started phasing in some customers, it seems. Meanwhile, the wait times on calls to ETrade have gone down dramatically, and I was shocked when I got through today without any wait at all. Are we going to see a new E*Trade? Dell-icious
