Charles,

You've got the right perspective. GRNO is a ground floor opportunity at the moment with HUGE potential upside.

I'll be sending out another edition tonight, but here is a preview of the value-added service that Bill is investigating.

The Thermal Flameless Oxidizer (TFO)is what produces the heat for the process. It is far more efficient than a simple flare boiler, producing more heat and allowing longer "residence time" required in the production of #2 Diesel. It also enables larger capacities such as the yet to be available Model #600 (600 gal/hr.)

Another feature of the TFO is that it vents a 99.9% emission free plume of hot air at approx 700 degrees. Bill has been discussing the idea of incorporating a simple extension to the release vent that would remove water from contaminated fuel supplies of all types.. gasoline, diesel, JP4.. Etc. His research has shown that no one wants to deal with contaminated fuel and usually will pay a contractor $0.50-1.00/gal to take it off of their hands. Bill plans on incorporating this technology in each unit in order to offer a value added service for the contaminated fuel market. He would then either market the fuel in purified form, or blend it with his waste oil feedstock and cycle it through the processor and pump it out as converted product. Bill estimates that he has a 100,000 gallon per month supply of contaminated fuel available to him in the Charleston area alone.

He would get paid to take the contaminated fuel, and then would be able to sell it again as processed fuel netting an additional $1.00-1.70/gal on this product alone. Based on a conservative # like 1,000,000 gallons a year in remediated fuel sales, this could add substantially to the profitablity of each unit to the tune of an additional $0.20/share per unit.

Bill is also putting his crew on a seven day 12 hour schedule beginning on Monday in order to accelerate the connection of the various flow pipes between the storage tanks and the processor. He wanted me to pass on that the delays that have been involved in the site preparation are an issue that would not be a problem in the future as this work would be done while the processor was being manufactured in Charleston. Future site preparation would be the responsibility of the clients receiving the unit. He wants this one done correctly as it will be the showcase for future sales.

Bill also affirmed to me that his short-term cash burn situation is well in hand, especially given the recent agreement with Aardmore on the sale of Unit #2. BTW, he has a substantial amount of spare parts lurking around the site, to include 4 TFO units valued, I believe, at $250,000 a copy. This will help in increasing profitibility on the first several units produced as he reclaims equity on equipment already paid for.

Finally, Bill has received overwhelming interest from the online investor community. He is overnighting me a packet containing anywhere from 200-300 email addresses of people who wrote him directly at grno@awod.com. He has people from Russia and a variety of Asian and European countries. I will be sorting through them and generating a form letter inviting them to join the newsleter. If I get that many folks requesting my opinion, I must confess that I will start evolving the format to more of an informational content, as opposed to "my opinon". I am concerned that I might have a manipulative effect on the stock and that is NOT my intention in the least. I just want to people to investigate and confirm what I have discovered so that we can assist Bill in building his dream and our portfolios at the same time. Remember, I'm a volunteer and am not compensated in any way for what I'm doing. Just call me a "altruistic visionary" who happens to be a shareholder... :0)

Heck, I think I just wrote my newsletter... <g> I said pretty much what I wanted to say right here, although I'm sure I will have more tidbits that I can incorporate in future postings and editions.

Regards,

Ron
