jbal, Have you read CEO Mark WMS report #400 on the ITKG tread and the PRs from their site? ITKG appears to be far ahead with CTHA and it benefits from its FIRST CLASS advisory board and its contacts.THIS IS NO REFLECTION ON MR. ROBERTSON. The reasons we have merger mania in the US are economies and profits that result from smart mergers which enhance shareholder value. Such is the case here. Even if they only merged the CTHA portion of the business and kept their own other lines...all would benefit. This is a win /win proposal for both sides. I strongly believe it is in the interest of both sets of stockholders (the owners) to pursue R&D and marketing together. The market is huge but in technology the window is easily closed by new products. TOGETHER the two companies could cooperate and move faster and more efficiently---benefiting us. ITKG is open to the idea. Please join me in encouraging IASCA to explore the option. MR. ROBERSTSON YOUR COMMENT HERE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Lucky Lady
