The issues with this stock that have always bothered me from the beginning of my brief acquaintance with it are: 1. Every acquisition/partnership arrangement seems to have Koz participating on both sides. 2. There is an abnormal amount of litigation going on at Innovacom. 3. The management seem to be over compensated (salary and other perqs) for a company going through its development phase. Especially as CASH FLOW seems to be one of the critical issues here. However, I am still nervously holding pat. hman
