Mark Dohlen, Starnet's CEO, has been so busy developing
Company business(and completing a law degree!) that his live
interview on CNNfn's "Digital Jam" was postponed until late
May / early June as his schedule allows. In the meantime,
we gained further exposure in two national media sources.
In mid-month we hosted a Fox News camera crew at our operations
in Antigua. Starnet will receive coverage in a feature on Internet
sports wagering in Fox's new news / lifestyle show, "Chill."
This coverage should air in early July; we will inform you of
an exact time and date as we are informed.
Mark was also interviewed for coverage on MSNBC.com; this is said
to be the most read news site on the Internet.
Columnist Michael Brunker will inform us of the publication date.

On May 6th we announced that our subsidiary
Softec Systems Caribbean Inc. entered into licensing agreements
with three new entreprises. There are currently six customized,
turn-key, Softec Internet gaming systems under license...
and counting!

"Players Only Sportsbook & Casino" is being finalized for its
licensees in Venezuela. The operators of Players Only have
extensive experience in operating real-world sports wagering
businesses. "Casino of the Kings" is being customized for
Isis Enterprises Inc. of Antigua. The system will be fashioned in an
Ancient Egyptian theme and will feature a full range of gaming pastimes.
Finally, Strawberry Fields Corp. of Venezuela has signed for a
full-service Internet gaming operation. The company would like their
system designed in a Mardi Gras theme, and may name the system
"Club Rio"or "Casino Carnivale."

This week we announced an Internet first...live coverage and on-line
pari-mutuel wagering on GREYHOUND races! Starnet's World Gaming
system will be broadcasting and accepting wagers (where legal) on over
400 dog racing events year-round, from the three-track
Jacksonville Greyhound Racing Circuit in Florida.
