now corx , oops going nowhere. that's why phone no good, by the time i make the sell decision it is too far gone. Datek, you owe us all big time. I imagine, from reading these posts, that it is probably just affecting the newest users. I have only been on line since last week, so I don't have a password in the backup database. I also assume Datek uses Oracle (lol). But seriously, this hurts all of us, and there is nothing we can do about it immediately. It takes at least a couple of weeks to set up a new account. And there can be no adequate remedy. This also gives me a chance to complain about the 4 cent per stock surcharge on the sale of an 90 cent stock that I paid 13/16 for. Let's see, 1000 shares at .09 profit - commission and charge, net profit = $3.75 and Datek is for Day Traders?
