Both. Either. When I first purchased BAY (I have since bought down a couple of times) I figured one of the two was inevitable. They still seem unable to market themselves, but they have the technology. If they fail to resolve their inability to market, somebody buys them for their tech. There is alot of cash out there. If they figure out how to market themselves effectively, we all begin to cash in.

In my eyes these conditions still apply. This has been a frustrating stock, but I continue to hold and continue to feel optimistic.
