We will just have to disagree. Any sign of
efficacy, while not required now, would
make the extrapolation from the mice studies
much stronger. Why give up a golden opportunity
to reach a group, clinical oncologist, who you
may depend upon to supply subjects for your
clinical trials.

The nature of Phase I trials? Maybe, but if their
not shrinking tumors, their not trying.
