I used to hold some imtech stock on the rumor of a possible buyout by ADP about a year ago which did not happen. they also used to be a client of mine and I know the company fairly well...I personally woul dnot invest in them knowing how the company is run...this of course is just my opinion. It could be a very nice profitable business but do not personally think it is managed properly. but I wish you and them good luck. david
