From the oracle article:
"MSFDC has five financial institutions testing its system--Banc One, Wells Fargo Bank, Key Bank, Norwest, and Merrill Lynch--and about a dozen billers."
...Merrill won't test until end of the year, and Banc One just dropped out, another misleading statement.
"Banks will act as aggregators of bills from multiple sources--MSFDC, CheckFree, and some billers that go it alone and use a system like JIT's," said Matthew Cone of MSFDC. "Billers will choose to either work with an outsourcer like MSFDC or do it in-house."
...I'm laughing at this statement. His last statement is so warped, if you don't read it carefully it sounds as if you have to choose MSFDC or do it yourself. He also mis-represents JIT's position, JIT could feed it's presented bill to a bill consolidator like CheckFree or MSFDC.
