You picked the wrong time to sell out. Trooper is going to be destroyed. I know the trooperites keep rattling our cage but not to worry we're going to have the last laugh. What do you think will happen to their stock and to TTRIF if the following were to happen
1. TT notifies TPP in writing that their license is terminated and moves before the court for a Declaration to this effect.
2. Proceedings are commenced in Poland to enjoin International Eco-Waste Systems from attempting to use TTRIF's patents trademarks and know how.
3. TT sues TPP in damages for loss of reputation, causing the stock price to drop, for the unlawful use of their intellectual property etc 4. TT filed an amended statement of defense based on new found evidence
5. TT wins the contempt hearing because TPP can't prove that there was a willful and flagrant violation by Rene of the court order.
6 Shareholders in TPP were to DD by hiring lawyers and private investigators in Poland to check out every representation of TPP and they conclude that TPP's shareholders have been had by Stan Lis.

Get real, some would say. It's a fantasy world, others would say.
But then again, maybe its not.

As I understand it, TT did "6." and reached that conclusion. As a result they have already started the law suit in Poland above mentioned and have or are in the process of delivering the notice terminating TPP's licence. They are also in the process of getting the court's approval to filing a new Statement of Defense and filing new material before the Court of Appeal.
