Larry,

Several points that I would like to make here. One is to examine the purpose of the company in placing shares privately. It is my impression that this issue is for the purpose of obtaining the Oro Grande. I suspect that a large part of those are to go to the owner of the Oro Grande. If this property is what Jensen says it is, it will more than offset the dilution involved. I do not believe that Mr. Lamont is in this for the short run. It is also rather reassuring to know that having been very close to the inner workings of the Global operation, he has this kind of faith in its future.
There are groups of individuals with substantial financial resources who have seen fit to invest in Global over the years in this manner. It is through them that Global has advanced to the present. Some are foreign, and some domestic. I have been told of some doctors from San Antonio, who have visited global several times, and bought more after each trip.
Private placements are the bread and butter of startup mining companies. This is just part of the way things are in the industry. If you or anyone else on this thread has some bucks over 10k, you too, may participate. Ted Slanker, I am sure has a list of companies waiting for your money.
These investors are not out for the quick buck, but for the home run.
With respect to stock movement, Dennis is absolutely right. I think that she will drift until the cash flow comes in. I do not think, however, that we are going to see the kind of movement that makes day traders happy, however, during the interim.
Question for Zeev. I must have missed a post or two. You are going to Salt Lake? To visit the Mormon Tabernacle? Or is Global really looking into the future, and you have been asked to design the Global Stockholders Visitors Resort, complete with indoor, secure parking for the stockholders RR and Bentleys? P. S. do not forget the Airport.

Jack
