I am on the road and I don't have time to look into this. I will post again next week after reading all the posts and some DD.

1. RS... I think this is something to do with raising working capital
which they must do without fail. (Please read the last two pages of
10-K, auditor's notes and comments) I don't know the reasoning behind this(I didn't see SEC filing), but that's my hunch.
2. 7-11...It seems to me a reverse merger. 7-11 will own 35% of GLCP,
which is enough to gain the control. If this is true, this is good
news. At least 7-11 believes GLCP stock is not going to go down very much(this is all stock/no cash transaction) and GLCP will never give away 35% of co. for nothing. Above all, GLCP may have
some financial back up from the majority owner. Need more DD for
this.
