When things look bleakest, that is usually signals an oversold condition and a time to consider buying. I'd say falling about 30% in the last week or so counts as pretty bleak. Fundamentals are still in tact and we should be seeing news here. I'm sure Scott and jenkins are getting bombarded with calls and hopefully they will respond with news. That will be the turning point IMO.
