Chris, you're right I took the round trip from 11 to 40 and then back again, but I took great profits in the meantime. Notably thanks to options. It's only recently that I lost some money. I agree with you that SNDK is not the only small-cap behaving like this. My other holdings boast pretty terrible performances. How was Ms Cindy on the phone? My e-mails to them seems like junk-mail you never read and throw in the trash can. I would actively consider getting some legal advice if the company I am a shareholder of continues to show the same disdain. I would hate to do that but their behaviour is getting on my nerves. You can't be so arrogant if you pretend to be smart people. I must join the crowd here and agree that they should keep a company private if they want to manage it like a private company. I don't know for the US but here in Europe minority shareholders begun to draw respect from the big ones 10 years ago. Still now minority shareholders are continuing their fight to be respected.
