My hypothesis (i.e., guess) is that certain insiders (e.g., venture capital companies) are cashing out (not because this is a bad stock but the company has progressed beyond the venture stage). I believe the amount of shares being cashed out is 4.5 million. Given that this is may be considered to be a thinly traded stock, the price is going down since sellers exceed buyers. Once these insiders are done selling and some positive news arrives, then the stock will move to where it belongs (I hope).
