Just got off the phone with Larry Finkelstein (sp?) at 1-800-696-7788. I told him who I was and that I was planning on posting his information on this thread. My main question of concern was whether or not there has been any change in the fundamentals going forward. He was most emphatic in stressing that all plans for expansion of divisions were on track and that they were continuing to look for earnings from the new areas in Q3 (fiscal is calendar). He reaffirmed that the board has approved a stock buy back plan, but that no actual plan has been put in action. He also wanted to call my attention to the fact that earnings for fiscal 97 were.0367 cents and that for Q1 they were .02+. He stressed here also that Q1's numbers did not include any extraordinary earnings but were produced from normal growth of operations. Basically, they did 2/3 of the previous year's rev's in the first quarter and attribute it to straight growth rather than any type of one time revenue bump. He had no insight to offer on the current price movement other than to say that's the nature of the beast of these type of investments. Everything is on track, moving forward, no warning bells or changes in the fundamentals.
