Mr. K If you go into the SEC site (WWW.SEC.GOV)and look at the Edgar filings, it shows that what CTI filed on Mar 27th was an 8-A12g. According to sources, this filing was a duplication of effort and was not necessary. CTI withdrew the filing. This does not eliminate the fact that CTI cannot make forward looking statements at this time, according to our sources. If there are no other questions from the SEC, the filing could be registered within the next 20 days. Don't sweat the small stuff I'd be fer protectin my claim..
