Patricia, it's nice to have a lady on the thread. This is what I found out.The 8-a is not the main registration statement, it is a secondary statement that is withdrawn at the request of the SEC. It's technicalities from the wonderful world of the SEC. This secondary filing is the one that becomes automatic if the SEC doesn't ask you to withdraw it. The main filing is intact and is not automatic in 60 days like the secondary filing. They can continue to ask questions on the main filing and the company has to respond until the SEC fully accepts the registration statement. I spoke to Dave Packer today, he said that he will be posting information concerning these filings to their web site, probably sometime next week. Gwolf
