Well nothing new today... now lawyers are talking back and forth, no answers yet. At least they have acknowledged the shareholders are serious. Now Jack once again you have the power to make all these problems go away. 1. Inform YOUR SHARE HOLDERS what is going on. A DETAILED STATEMENT 2. Get us a better deal or kill the deal, these terms at present are unacceptable Some one clued me in that you all maybe considering legal actions against me... if you are that dumb to sue a share holder, you will be publicly crusified. Companies that do this sort of thing usually go down in flames in the eyes of potential future investors. (I do hope that is just a nasty rumor.) So once again do those two steps and we call a truce... but the clock is ticking and we are creeping to the edge of no return. As I have demonstrated to you, I have keep my word, and will honor it again, if you do your responsibilities as an officer of a publicly traded company. KAA
