Downside is one owner (the CEO) owns 44% of the stock. I always like
to see insiders own the stock, but in this case only one.
Other item is competition (other service firms) could make inroads
on the Y2K solution.
Above isn't to scare you, just items to keep an eye on.

Splits are nice, in this case increase in liquidity is a blessing.
