One thing I am still looking at is the convertible issue which shareholders can convert I believe from memory @$16.75...There has been an SEC filing for these convert holders to sell...this may partially be the reason the stock declined so...I think that based on technical price action the decline is abating...and we may soon head significantly higher 157,700 traded yesterday at 32 1/4 in one block. Nice to see that size buyer... Side note: one of the convert. sellers is Soros... good luck, bob
