The following questions will be asked if there is time in the meeting: 1) What development is being undertaken to eliminate the pain in the use of MUSE ? 2) Are there any stock buyouts in the offering for Vivus from other companies ? 3) Is Vivus going to litigate against any person(s) who have issued unfounded negative issues against Vivus ? 4) When is MUSE II expected to be on the market ? That is all of the questions I have at this time. DAVID
