Michael - Thanks for the information. I purchased BICO in Dec. 1995 and still own it. Tom Jones is the person that sold it near the hearing date. BICO kept the hype up in the local paper all summer long, even after the Pittsburgh P.G. began writing all the negative reports. Most of the stories were front page headlines concerning the large number of people that would be hired, expansion plans, the S. Koreans, other unnamed big investors, the bad deal they got from the FDA and on and on. I began to believe that the P.G did have some type of grudge against them and possibly the stories were slanted. I think that this last FDA deal will probably kill them. Why would they go to this meeting knowing that one of the basic FDA requirements was not met. They are not stupid. Dick
