G.B.

I was going private EM you this, but here's a question I
believe many people whom play OTC stocks should know the answer
to as well...

Say there was an OTC company that is more or less bankrupt, and
this company has been a fully reporting company in the past ...
Now recent stock activity indicates restricted shares are all
sold....Without any SEC filings (legally required?)

My question : How does one know when a fully reporting company
decides "not" to be a fully reporting company? I'm sure they
aren't in a big hurry to run out and tell shareholders?

Been on my mind lately ....

Thanx G.B.
