Carl, Just a friendly observation. I believe you are dreaming when thinking of $3/share. Please look at a chart since last July. Whenever $4 is broached, it doesn't stay down for long. What "spin" could be more powerful than the one concocted and distributed to the marketplace after the July '97 decision? Please think before you post Carl. Some people might actually read your posts and be tempted to take your comments seriously. You wouldn't want to hurt anyone would you? Randomwalker
