Jim: In my post #4078 is a letter I received from Delmar in regards to my request for an explaination on and investor packet and news releases. Now that we have upward movement along with news, I think .015 is a safe purchase price. Anything can happen though, including a further drop in share price. Pennies are speculation, not investments! George
