Are you talking about Ted Slanker? He has a subscription service on mining companies, and also publishes a free letter where he touts the companies that contribute to his living. He has been around for a long time and has touted lots of companies who contributed. Bre-X was one of them. There are many. Where did you see this report?
I find it interesting, if it is him that he would take this posture at this time. Tell me more!!

P.S.,--If it is Ted, he is well known, speaks at lots of these investment conferences, and moves his cattle around a lot. He used to live in Nevada, then moved to Texas, then moved in Texas again. I have gotten his "free" letters for years, and they are never collated, you have to put the pages together yourself. He also has a spreadsheet that you can get for $5. He seems to know lots about mining, but is thicker than a thief with companies and management. I may misjudge him, but Me, I doubt!
