I did not speak to either of them today and I certainly hope that news release is out SOON. Frankly, I hoped they would have it out today.

But the complete K & Q have to be filed immediately; there also has to be a full explanation of the Hartmann/King lawsuit, Andy Proctor and Voyager and, as TJS recently mentioned, a discussion of the rumors surrounding Dennis Casey.

THEN perhaps some semblance of sense and sensibility along with serenity will return...at least insofar as we are capable of it.
