Does Microsoft Exercise Monopoly Powers or Not? RE"The bottom line is, Netscape alone is responsible for their own destiny. It's a cop-out to say anything else." What you say would be true in a free market. HR PS: Just because free markets can deteriorate into monopolies does not mean we can be a free market and a monopoly market at the same time. Right?
