John, thanks for the info. Swisher did say in the 8k that they would apply to be listed on the Small Cap market if they failed to get reinstated on NASDAQ. From the filing it appears that listing on the Small Cap would not be a problem once they get the accountants to sign off. I have to confess that I don't know a lot about what that means, because I don't normally invest in either the Small Cap or the pink sheets, and don't know much about the differences between them. This isn't a bad way to learn though ;-).

<< Mark, have you checked to see if SWSH would meet the Small Cap market initial listing requirements? If they do, then they would surely opt for that, and that would give you a good execution. I think the requirements are listed at nasdaq.com>>
