Great post, SC.

A question on warrants for anyone: What's that all about?

Apparently if I own PKGP by a certain cutoff date, I will be given the right to buy x-number of PKGP shares at x-price, right?

So, if I may try an example, let's say they gave me a warrant right now, while the stock is around 10-cents. The warrant would be to buy at a higher price, right? Like 20-cents per share. That way, if I hold and the stock goes to 70-cents per share, I make a big profit buying PKGP at 20-cents/share.

Am I saying all this correctly or do I not quite get it? If I'm correct so far, I'll have some follow-up questions.

Thanks,
Chris
