Bravo! nasdr.com A discussion of rules regarding registered representatives with respect to bulletin boards and chat rooms. Doesn't look like any new rules, but very helpful to have this interpretation of existing rules as applied to bulletin boards, chat, etc. Even though our Canadian friends are not subject to this, perhaps they will now adhere to the principles. Nawwwww....
